ISO 14001 : 2004 Certification
NEC Electronics America's commitment to responsible corporate citizenship includes ISO 14001-certified environmental management systems dedicated to protecting the environment and conserving the earth's natural resources. The systems in Santa Clara and Roseville were certified in 2005 and 2004, respectively, and upgraded to the ISO 14001:2004 standard in 2006. Environmental management activities were extended to the Dallas sales and design office in 2005 with certification of the environmental management system (EMS) achieved in 2006.
