Microcontroller Development Tool Download and Registration Policy
Evaluation versions of CubeSuite software packages may be downloaded for free as available. An evaluation copy of CubeSuite may be upgraded to a full version with the purchase of a license key. Registration of CubeSuite licenses will facilitate support queries.
Upgrades for other software tools that you have purchased and registered may be downloaded for free for a period of one year from the date of purchase. You need to login to your account in order to download the available upgrades of your registered tools. Free tools and evaluation tools may be downloaded at any time.
To purchase a full-version tool, please use our online order center or contact your nearest sales representative. To extend your upgrade period for a purchased tool after it has expired, please contact your nearest sales representative.
